I'm sorry, we don't support IPB, free IPB is out of date and have too much bugs. People are migrating to phpBB3.

But in our country the IPB is the first used board, so do they are a free IPB MF Boards??

If they are IPB 1.3 or older, they are free. If they are higher, they are paid for license.

I wouldn't recommend using IPB anyways. It's old, outdated, and clunky. Yeah, I've been looking for something myself, just so I can say I run free forums on ALL the major platforms (got smf, phpbb, mybb, phpbb3), but ipb is just too outdated.
