users granted special access

Hi there.
A few months ago i purchased the mu forum script.
And i signed up for this forum.
I had users granted special access.
But now I wanted to access the forum, but my user account is gone.
I signed up again, my email adres was free to register.

Can i get my users granted special access back?
my domain is www.eigen-forum.nl

and i need a frontpage template, is that available in the granted special access?

I just added your username into verified customer group. You can access to private forums right now.

You please also need to get new license and update your MF license key in /mf_functions/multiconfig.php.
