I tried sending a PM to the moderator of the forum I'm trying to gain access to, see that it has been read, but have yet to receive a response. Can't submit a ticket as my email address is unrecognized (triple checked it). Live support is currently NOT live.

The actual purchase and payment went through without a glitch, but where do I go, or who do I speak with for basic questions?

Thanks,

Keven

Hello ThatForumPlace,

I checked our account at our helpdesk, it's fine. But i just re-validated it to ensure it's ready for you. I also added you into verified customer group so you can access to our private forums.

Thank you.
