It makes perfect sense to list sites alphabetically, though there should be a requirement that descriptions must be in English.

HTML stands for Hyper text mark up language,It is used for the formation of a web page.
CSS stands for Cascading style sheets,it is used for designing and decorating the pages.

The information must be not published through a link in the footer - german laws specify, that the imprint must be accessible with max. 1 Click - starting at the main page. In our case the index.php of each forum.
