Post by echophp »

Hello,

I do apologize for any convenience that server issues caused. We tried our best to restore the site and data but unfortunately we lost some data, include your license data.

To request your account and license key re-setup, please forward your all order confirmation emails to support@healhost.com, we will take care of it for you as soon as possible.

I am sorry again, it's unexpected issue. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Thank you.

So, let's see if I get this straight here.

You didn't backup your data properly
Your hardware failed

You expect clients to do your job and forward you license information that they probably don't have any more?

That's not right at all.

What are you doing to make SURE that this doesn't happen again?

We are adding more license servers to increase the redundancy. Hope this will keep echophp echoing for a long time.
