I was about to go for Phbbhs script but happen to know that there is other option too so i am trying to make a decision here.. could someone please answer below questions


1. How many styles are available in script by default?
2. Is there a way given from echophp install mods without editing each style
3. I have seen forumate's UI but i couldnt see the demo for admin panel, is it available?
4. Is there feature of load balancing?
5.I see it allows using multiple domain name, so i can provide facility of giving fancy choice for their forum name, however would it still be controlled under single admin control?
6.I checked the client you have listed, that are using this script. so are you providing the basic website design as well, i mean is there a basic structure available for website?
7.What is Branding free? do you mean even after paying 89$ for license , the powered by link would appear below every forum board?

8.24/7 Support? Is it true? i hardly see much activity in forum.

1. Two but we have style packs in the admin area to download.

2. Depends on the style if the style requires edits then then the edits have to be made to each style. That's why I recommend only using a couple styles if you are going to do heavy modding.

3. Not at the moment but will work tonight to get some screenshots. We reduce to trial version but no logner.

4. We support multiple databases which can be rotated to reduce the load on a database.

5. Yes you can park your own domain to a users forum. And Or have unlimited domains for all the forums to user.

6. Yes there is a basic structure of the site itself. Basic structure can be seen at http://chooseavps.com/


7. Yes it would be show unless branding free is purchased. That is the only way for people to find out about the script.

Support is not 24/7 but you can post in the support forums and I do check everyday multiple times and am alerted when a new post is made

Ok, now it opened, Few more questions

1. What is different between Manage Domains and Manage Parked Domains, Please explain in details, Especially Manage Parked domains

2. Can you please make recaptcha as captcha method as default, coz this captch looks easily crackable by spams

3. What does crone jobs do ?

4. I tried to find style packs in "http://easyforum.org/mf_admin/pstyles.php" but couldnt find anything

5. I Just checked "Nameservers" in "http://easyforum.org/mf_admin/premium_settings.php" how would that i work, i mean do i need to provide my nameserver of forum hosting website ? So when user adds these in their hosting, they will automatically will be forwarded to respective forum website ?


6. What is difference between Backup - Flat and Backup-Download ?


I will go with this script, looks like Phpbbhs stands no chance infront of feature you are offering, hats off to the features.. i loved them !

Park domains is for a custom domain for a forum.

2. Would be a nice feature request could look into it in next update.

3. Cron jobs to update MF statistics, auto fix forums, etc.

4. Style packs not installed in that demo but we do have them in the customers area to download.

5. Sort of. When they buy the upgrade they are emailed the nameservers to point the domain to. Once pointed then it will be active.


6. Backup downloads allows you to limit how many downloads offered. Backup flat - unlimited backups.

Hahahha thanks, i didnt know that.. so do you recommend echoPHP over Phpbhhs over features ?

Currently I do prefer echoPHP over phpBBHS in terms of how it was built and features that it offers.

well that was quick, i was about to get a design for my homepage, well just one last question before i buy this.. the basic structure provided for website, is it encrypted because i was planning to have my own design, can i use my design without much trouble?

The script is not encrypted you can change it as you wish.

hello, can i have the script for like 15 days trial or something because i have built some custom vps with combination of nginx and apache , i would like to test if it works fine on it, i know there is a script that check for the configuration of server to see if server is compatibile but i still wanted to check the script because there are so many little details a single server config check wont detect such as rewrite rule as nginx have its own set of language

I no longer have a trial version. The script should work fine. Was made to run on apache.
