If i want to change the language to dutch? Where can i find the english translation file?

In the newest version there is no: /mf_lang/lang_english/ file?
I dont get it anymore...can anyone help?

echoPHP MF v3 doesn't use language file. Please follow instructions below to add a new language:
- Log into MF admin area.
- Go to Manage Languages, add a new language.
- Go to phpBB MF Configuration -> General tab -> change default MF language to the new language you just added.
- Go to Manage Phrases, translate phrases.
