First of all, we do apologize for any inconvenience that server issues caused. I have just re-setup your account and license info according to our old emails. Before log into your client area, please request a new password because we have reset it.
You please also change your MF license of your MF to the new license key from your client area.
To change your license key, following instructions bellow:
- Get new license key from your client area.
- Open /mf_functions/multiconfig.php
- Replace:
-------------------------------------------------
$license = 'EPHPBBMF-oldxxxxxxxx';
-------------------------------------------------
with
-------------------------------------------------
$license = 'EPHPBBMF-newxxxxxxxx';
-------------------------------------------------
- Save and close file
- Access to your MF admin area to unblock the license.
