Offer still open. MF is installed and the site is up but it needs a new look and using a template is OK. Also, I need someone that can place restrictions on for the users.

I'll get one, any particular type that is better? Some say, use dream Weaver, Front Page, etc anyone type that I should look for?

if its html, its ok, if i have to slice it it costs extra
