I think it's really normal to choose your own password at the registration form. Everywhere i register i can choose my own password.
Is it possible to integrate it?
Choose own password
Hi,
'Email Activation' mode allow users can choose their own password, try that mode. If you are mentioning to this option for 'Instant Activation' mode, the script does not support it because bad bots/spammers can take advantage of it to spam your system.
Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
Thank you.

Echo is correct in this case .
If you want to allow the user to choose their own password, set 'email activation' to be enabled.
If you want an email to be sent to the user with their password, turn it off.
While this (kind of) defeats the purpose of email activation, it also ensures that only users who have given proper email addresses have active forums.
