For performance reasons the encoded files are memory mapped rather than read using file I/O, and the most interesting thing is that the Loader does not request PROT_EXEC permission but just requests PROT_READ with MAP_SHARED. So unless the bit positions of the flags changed with your kernel upgrade, which is unlikely for BC reasons, the report would seem to be spurious and bogus.
