Due to the digital nature of our products, no refunds will be issued once your license has been activated; in other words, once you have downloaded and installed your product. Please ensure prior to purchase that your server meets all requirements for the product you have chosen, as no refunds will be issued due to server incompatibility.
echoPHP may, at its sole discretion and on a case by case basis, provide refunds in instances where the item received is not the item purchased.
